clients since
1981, SCI has
extensive
experience with
all aspects of
transportation
infrastructure
construction.
Our CEI
expertise
includes
conventional and
segmental
bridges, roadway
construction,
asphalt
inspection,
traffic control
inspection,
railroad
construction,
highway milling
and resurfacing
projects.
Clients we have
served include
the New York
State Department
of
Transportation,
New York City
Department of
Transportation,
Port Authority
of New York &
New Jersey, and
Metropolitan
Transportation
Authority. In
2008, we
expanded our CEI
Services to
Albany.
SCI meets our
clients' needs
by providing
qualified,
experienced
project staff
under the
leadership of a
registered
Professional
Engineer. Many
of our Senior
Project
Engineers
started their
CEI careers as
Inspectors and
worked their way
up through all
the varying job
titles needed on
a construction
site, a process
which we believe

management team
