Management. Founded in 1981, SCI has
been able to build a formidable
public sector market client base

In January 2008, SCI Engineering,
P.C. transitioned into new ownership
under the leadership of Shahid Iqbal,
PhD. P.E. and Lincoln T.
Satkunarajah, P.E., P.Eng., PTOE.
SCI's vision and goals under the new
management team are to stay
committed to providing quality
consulting services that provide
their clients with innovative
solutions to the most difficult
issues and continue building on
their 28 years of successful
projects.
The first goal the new management
team under took was to put in place
their commitment to providing
experienced project teams or
individual technical staff to lead
their client's projects. SCI's
ability to provide experienced
project teams or individual staffing
comes from their in-house staff of
26 engineering/construction
management professionals and 6
marketing/administrative
professionals.
SCI's multi-disciplined engineering
professionals bring experience to
their team in the areas of Civil,
Electrical, Mechanical, and
Structural engineering. SCI's
construction management team
consists of experienced
professionals who are trained in a
variety of disciplines allowing them
to provide preconstruction services
through master scheduling, cost
estimating, constructability reviews
and value engineering, as well as
project management and inspection
during the construction phases.
Senior Executive Vice President, Lincoln T. Satkunarajah, P.E., P.Eng., PTOE,
